7TH AND 8TH OF MARCH 2025
6 Hands Dinner

Mediterranean flair meets Alpine elegance. Indulge in an extraordinary culinary experience crafted by Salvatore Elefante, Nino Di Costanzo, and Vincenzo Tedeschi.

On the 7th and 8th of March 2025, the Mont Cervin Palace in Zermatt will host an exclusive dining event featuring three distinguished chefs. Vincenzo Tedeschi, head chef of Ristorante Capri, will welcome guest chefs Salvatore Elefante (L’Olivo, Capri) and Nino Di Costanzo (Danì Maison, Ischia) for an evening where Italian sophistication meets an Alpine setting.

Nestled within the refined ambiance of Le Petit Cervin, Ristorante Capri has long been a beacon of fine Italian dining in the Swiss Alps, earning a Michelin star in 2010. These special evenings will celebrate the very best of Italian gastronomy, with a meticulously curated menu that showcases the chefs’ shared passion for culinary excellence.

Guests can expect an exquisite lineup of dishes, including rabbit Ischitan-style, lobster ‘in blue,’ potato and rice gnocchi with truffle, and lamb with ginger milk. The evening will conclude with indulgent desserts such as chocolate with olive oil and a strawberry and champagne creation.

As an aperitif, FERRARI invites you to enjoy a glass of FERRARI PERLÉ Brut in our Salon Davidoff. FERRARI PERLÉ is a straw-yellow colour with an extremely fine and persistent perlage. The bouquet is intense and particularly fine, with notes of apple, citrus, white peach, almond blossom and bread crust. The palate is apple and yeast with smoky nuances. An elegant and velvety sparkling wine with a long finish.
